MCSC Founder and many-times Officer Ray Cartier has announced that he and wife Karen will be relocating to Jefferson, TX in the coming months. The move will allow the Cartiers to live near their daughter and son-in-law. Ray has been an invaluable resource for the club, and his presence will be deeply missed. Most immediately the club will need for someone to volunteer to take responsibility for the role of overseeing the exhibition area and coordinating the exhibitors and exhibiting requirements. Already, MCSC EXPO exhibitor, judge, and banquet speaker, John Hotchner, has suggested that he could recruit nationally for exhibitors if a broad enough theme were to be chosen for the 2023 EXPO.
Update: Ray and Karen have now relocated to Jefferson. Ray points out that Karen's health condition is fragile.
