Arlington

The next Arlington meeting for 2024 will be held on Wednesday, September 4.
The program will be our Semi-Annual Auction, currently consisting of 70 lots.
We will have our usual round of Show and Tell.
APS Books will be available at this meeting:
This month's circuit books include Canada (mostly used #66/300), Malayan States (mostly mint sets),
US - Civil War covers, Liechtenstein (mostly used), Italian Colonies (mint/used), Poland (German Occ.),
Russia (mostly used to 1961), Poland (used sets), Viet Nam (all mint, mostly 1960s), and several other
countries. Check it out !
Re Granbury September auction: Will take place on September 24. Items must be submitted to Dave Stockbridge prior to Monday, September 16th. Items need to have a minimum bid of at least $1.00. All bidding will be in dollar increments. A list of auction items will be issued prior to the meeting. Anyone not able to attend the auction may submit bids to Dave and he will bid for you.
Meeting
We will meet at our official gathering place: Bob Duncan Community Center in Arlington, located at 2800 South Center Street, in Vandergriff Park (MAPSCO 97A). The regular meeting begins at 7 pm; however, the room is usually available as of 6 pm.
Meet'N'Eat
Ordinarily when we have an in-person meeting, we also have a MEET'N'EAT at an area restaurant, prior to the meeting. The group usually gathers between 5:15 and 5:30 pm, and we try to finish by 6:45 pm.
MEET N' EAT is at Jay Jay Café, 1001 S Bowen, Arlington, TX 76013-2203 (817-861-1060), beginning at 5:00 P.M.
