Welcome to the Mid-Cities Stamp Club Stamp Show web page. Our annual stamp show is known as the Mid-Cities Stamp EXPO. This is the 22nd consecutive year for the show, which has proven popular with both collectors and dealers. Each year a theme is chosen, and this year's theme is "Thanksgiving." We hope to keep you posted on the latest news and information regarding EXPO 2009, right here, this page. Show Highlights

The theme for EXPO 2009 is "Thanksgiving." The show will feature a 26-Dealer Bourse, Exhibits, a Silent Auction, Door Prizes, Seminars, a giant Mixture Pick, special Celebrating Thanksgiving cachet and cancel, a Youth Activities Center, Chance Board, and a U.S. Postal Service booth. Free Admission and Parking.

$275 worth of door prizes will be given away.

EXPO 2009 Award Winners Announced

We are pleased to recognize the EXPO 2009 exhibits competition award winners, as determined by a panel of judges certified by the American Philatelic Society. The club thanks all exhibitors and judges for their participation. The Palmares document is formatted to produce a four page document when folded.

For reservations, dealers/members/visitors should call 1-877-BAYMONT and ask for the Stamp Show Block to get the special rate for the EXPO weekend of Nov. 14-15, 2009 - mention Mid-Cities Stamp Club EXPO group rate and DO NOT book through a travel agent or the hotels' 1-800 number. The special rate ($89 plus tax) is available through Nov. 2, 2009. Cancellation policy is 4pm of the day of arrival. NOTE: the weekends fill up early.

All rooms offer free wireless high speed Internet, free HBO and ESPN, free safes, ceiling fans, hair dryers, irons, full-size ironing boards, coffee makers and condiments. There is an Order In and Dining Out delivery service.
